AEM claims Malicious Prosecution as a result of Kevin Higgins' alleged actions
HOUSTON, Oct. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AEM has added Kevin Higgins for Fraud, Breach of Contract, Interference of Contracts, and Malicious Prosecution, among other things. (Montgomery County, TX 410 District Court Case No. 13-05-04872) Mr. Higgins, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hart Energy, is also the face of that company's many ventures including but not limited to, Oil and Gas Investor magazine, Midstream Business magazine, various petroleum directories as well as all the Developing Unconventional Gas (DUG) conferences; DUG Permian Basin, DUG Midcontinent, DUG Bakken and Niobrara, DUG Eagleford, DUG East, DUG Canada, DUG Australia and the Executive Oil Conference and Energy Capital Conference.
