The TOBY award is one of the most prestigious property management awards of its kind. It honors excellence in building management, including building operations, Client relations, community involvement, emergency preparedness, ADA provisions, preventative maintenance, security protocols, policies and procedures, and continuing education for building personnel. 700 Sixth Street had already won the local and regional TOBY awards and was the only property in the Washington, DC region to win the international award.
