Aircastle Announces Proposed Offering of $400 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes
STAMFORD, Conn., March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today that it plans to offer an aggregate of $400 million principal amount of its senior notes due 2021 (the "notes"). Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering, together with cash on hand, to fund the repayment or redemption of its 9.75% senior notes due 2018.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P.
