One-day, executive-only event co-chaired by Todd Little and Heidi Musser will help decision makers move their organizations toward enterprise agility
PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Agile Alliance (www.agilealliance.org) and the Agile Leadership Network (http://agileleadershipnetwork.org), both non-profit organizations dedicated to the promotion of Agile principles and values, today announced that they will be teaming up to host the Agile Executive Forum (http://execforum2013.agilealliance.org/) scheduled for Mon., Aug. 5, 2013.
The forum is a one-day, stand-alone conference that will be held in conjunction with Agile2013 in Nashville, Tenn. The event will bring senior executives together to engage with peer executives who will share their personal journeys of how agility, adaptive leadership and advanced technologies are helping organizations adopt and scale Agile principles and practices throughout the enterprise.
"The Agile Executive Forum is designed specifically for senior executives who seek to improve Agile practices," said Todd Little, co-chair of the Agile Executive Forum. "The unique aspect of this event is that it is for executives, by executives. Hosting the forum in conjunction with the Agile2013 Conference allows the best of both worlds. At the Agile Executive Forum the executives can learn from their peers, while at Agile2013 they will be able to experience, interact and learn from the world's foremost experts in Agile."
The Agile Executive Forum was established to provide senior executives with the latest strategies and best practices for adopting and scaling Agile principles and practices. Increasing agility is becoming a top priority for most organizations. This exclusive opportunity will connect peer executives and facilitate new ways of thinking based on actual examples presented by industry leaders.
"We are excited to continue our collaboration with Agile Leadership Network to host this event once again," said Phil Brock, managing director of the Agile Alliance.
