Affinity Solutions Adds Rewards Industry Veteran Wendy Norman to Senior Management Team

Norman will oversee the delivery of Affinity Solutions' innovative, analytics-driven loyalty marketing technology and service platforms to its strategic network of valued retailer clients. She has over 25 years of direct marketing, strategic planning, consultative selling and management experience, and serves as an advisor to several major retail marketing trade associations.

Before joining Affinity Solutions, Norman served as the Senior Vice President for Direct Channels at Epsilon, a leading provider of direct marketing solutions. Prior to joining Epsilon, Wendy was a senior vice president at Harte Hanks, a direct marketing services provider, where she oversaw loyalty marketing and retail markets. Wendy has also held senior management positions at Digitas, Commsoft, Agency.com, and E-Centives, among others. Wendy currently serves on the Retail Marketing Council of the Direct Marketing Association, the advisory councils of the Global Retail Marketers' Association, the National Retail Federation, and Loyalty 360.
