Advanzeon Solutions, Inc.'s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Pharmacy Value Management Solutions, Inc. and Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, National Sleep Specialists Network, Inc., Signs Agreement with U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group Prof. Corp.
TAMPA, Fla., July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanzeon Solutions, Inc.'s (OTC-BB: CHCR), (Advanzeon) wholly-owned subsidiary, Pharmacy Value Management Solutions, Inc. (PVMS), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, National Sleep Specialists Network, Inc. (NSSN) (collectively, sometimes referred to as the "Company"), announced today the signing of an Agreements with U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group Prof. Corp. ("U.S. HealthWorks") whereby U.S. HealthWorks agreed to add its over 200 medical locations specializing in occupational medicine, medical examinations and urgent care services to NSSN's growing national provider healthcare network, specializing in sleep apnea programs. This agreement is effective immediately.
Jerry Smith, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, stated, "We believe this collaboration is not only synergistic but will immeasurably enhance our ability to expand our programs and better service our clients. U.S. HealthWorks, a subsidiary of Dignity Health, is one of the country's largest operators of occupational health centers with over 200 clinics and worksites in 20 states serving in excess of 3,380,000 patients, annually. They provide the highest quality of medical care to their patients and, in our view, represent an excellent match for us to service our client base, which includes the Southern California Teamsters (see our release of July 6, 2015). It also facilitates our planned growth in servicing Teamsters throughout the U.S., as well as other corporate accounts having the same sleep apnea concerns. As a national provider of various healthcare programs and, in particular, servicing our Teamsters population with a highly-specialized sleep apnea program, it was critical to us that we identify high-quality providers located throughout the country capable of servicing a mobile population. For our Teamsters population, having a medical group such U.S. HealthWorks available to use in 20 states is ideal. This affiliation has the added benefit of simplifying the Teamsters members in terms of facilitating their being able to obtain timely appointments, necessary under new federal licensing regulations, and obtaining, through the Company, their sleep apnea testing and treatment equipment, when indicated (see our release dated December 29, 2014)."
Mr. Smith went on to say, "100% of the Drivers covered by the federal regulation are required to undergo testing and subsequent treatment when indicated. The Company's sleep apnea program is structured in such a way as to provide our members, firstly, with their initial screening to determine if they exhibit sleep apnea risk factors. If those factors are found, the Company then assists the patient in obtaining a quick, efficient and cost-effective home sleep study test. If that test indicates the presence of sleep apnea, the Company's program then further facilitates a longer-term treatment program, including the supplying of equipment throughout the applicable periods. The Company's ability to provide this benefit to its clients and potential clients along with the medical facilities located throughout the U.S. is believed by management to be the key to the Company's ultimate and rapid growth. To the best of the Company's knowledge, it is the only Company positioned to provide the full range of services needed for such a program to operate effectively."
