Advanced Nutrients Hydroponics Expert Reveals Shocking Discoveries About General Hydroponics Fertilizers
Hydroponics indoor growers spend millions of dollars a year on hydroponics nutrients formulas. Now a leading hydroponics nutrients manufacturer reveals that some hydroponics nutrients are poorly-made, potentially harmful to crops, and extremely overpriced.
SEATTLE, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hydroponics indoor gardeners growing high value crops rely on hydroponics nutrients ... but now a prominent hydroponics nutrients manufacturing expert charges that some hydroponics nutrients are overpriced, improperly-made and potentially harmful to hydroponics crops.
Michael Straumietis, co-founder of internationally-known, Seattle-based hydroponics manufacturer Advanced Nutrients, says his company's scientists analyzed ingredients, quality control, and hydroponics gardening outcomes associated with the most popular hydroponics "base nutrients" formulas.
Straumietis explains that hydroponics base nutrients are the crucial foundation of a comprehensive hydroponics indoor gardening feed program. He says his company started a pioneering research and design program ten years ago to discover why hydroponics growers complain about the cost, quality and effectiveness of hydroponics nutrients.
Based on scientific research, Straumietis says hydroponics base nutrients can be divided into three tiers. The lowest tier consists of products such as General Hydroponics three-part "Flora," Straumietis reports, adding that, "These low-tier products are made with outdated materials and processes that don't offer growers the many advantages of 21st century hydroponics nutrients science."
The second tier consists of products such as Advanced Nutrients Jungle Juice, says Straumietis. Jungle Juice is a three-part base nutrients formula hydroponics growers use the same way they use General Hydroponics Flora.
Old school nutrients like Flora are inferior to modern nutrients such as Jungle Juice, Straumietis explains, because Jungle Juice is tested and designed for high-value plants, contains proprietary ingredient configurations, and is manufactured using stringent quality control standards.
Straumietis emphasizes that Jungle Juice outperforms Flora, but costs 40% less.
The third and top-performing tier of hydroponics base nutrients includes ultra-premium products that cost the same as Flora, but are "light years ahead of Flora in their ingredients, effectiveness and productivity," Straumietis says.
"We've made a quantum leap in hydroponics nutrients technology and ingredients in the last decade. But companies like General Hydroponics don't make modernized formulations, and they charge growers way more than their products are worth," Straumietis explains. "When growers use upgraded hydroponics nutrients like Jungle Juice or our premium hydroponics base nutrients, they save money while getting guaranteed larger yields from healthier hydroponics crops."
