CLEVELAND, Sept. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Energy B2B Conference & Expo will be held September 14 – 15, 2011 at the John S. Knight Center in Akron, Ohio. Co-produced by NorTech and the Summit County Mayors Association, the conference and expo will cover the major sectors of the advanced energy industry including biomass/waste to energy, energy storage, fuel cells, nuclear, shale gas, smart grid, solar photovoltaic, transportation electrification, and wind energy.
Participants and Keynote Speaker
Stephen Crolius, senior director of the Clinton Climate Initiative, will deliver the keynote address at the conference & expo on September 14 at 8:45 a.m. Mr. Crolius will provide the global perspective on how clean and renewable energy technologies are impacting regional economies around the globe.
The event is geared to companies and researchers already engaged in the advanced energy industry, supply chain manufacturers with an interest in advanced energy opportunities, and regional, national and international collaborators interested in doing business in Northeast Ohio or with partners in Northeast Ohio.
