Accounting Firm WeiserMazars LLP Signs 12-Year Lease for New Long Island Home

NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WeiserMazars LLP, a premier accounting, tax and advisory firm, announced today that it has signed a 12-year lease for approximately 28,000 square feet of office space at 60 Crossways Park Drive in Woodbury. The office will become WeiserMazars' new Long Island home when approximately 150 employees relocate there in December after many years in Lake Success.

Crossways Park, an office park located on Jericho Turnpike at the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway in Woodbury, is one of the premier office parks on Long Island. 60 Crossways Park Drive is a recently built Class A office building that features state-of-the-art heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system and energy efficient windows to control sunlight and heat.

Jeff Nemshin and Jerry Guerra from Paragon Group, LLC served as brokers on the deal.  The landlord is 60 Crossways, LLC.
