With the addition of MDC's David Norton as ACCENT chairman, there is clear alignment between ACCENT's capabilities and MDC's mission to help clients through the use of data and analytics. With this team, ACCENT is better aligned to help marketing and operations leaders optimize their customers' experience by applying insight and analysis to personalize every interaction, from identification of customers, customer exploration and decision-making, through purchase to post-purchase, and potential re-engagement.
The depth of the new executive team will also allow ACCENT to accelerate its efforts to capitalize on the growing opportunity in multi-touch customer engagement and to evolve from a BPO player to a Customer Engagement Agency.

Executive Leadership
David Norton joins ACCENT as chairman to work closely with the executive team and to lead the company's next phase of growth and innovation. In this role, he will also facilitate partnerships across the MDC network to complement and complete ACCENT's customer engagement offering.
Mr. Norton joined MDC in 2013 as executive vice president of Analytics and Consumer Insights, working with partner firms to enhance customer experiences for their clients; he will maintain this role going forward. Named 2010 Chief Marketer of the Year by CMO Magazine, Norton brings profound expertise in turning insights and analytics into action for brands of all kinds.
The two other executives joining the team, Chief Operations Officer Robert Brillhart, and Chief Growth Officer John Hoholik, offer the invaluable combination of both highly innovative marketing experience and decades of industry knowledge in customer engagement solutions.
Mr. Brillhart will be responsible for driving consistent processes and predictable outcomes across the company. He also will be focused on partnering with the IT team to elevate the level of insights gleaned from every customer interaction to provide actionable intelligence to clients.
Mr. Hoholik, who joined in February of 2013, will be developing strategic sales, marketing and client service resources focused on driving the implementation of customer engagement initiatives for new and existing clients.
