CINCINNATI, Aug. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading K-12 education management platform provider Abre.io (www.abre.io) announced today it has added three new applications to its growing lineup. The new apps include a Forms app for building and managing forms for staff, students and parents; a Plans app for creating and tracking individual student plans such as IEPs and 504s and, lastly, a Learn app that enables the distribution and tracking of personalized learning content for staff development.
The three new apps grow Abre's lineup to 10 in total. Abre's apps sit on top of its single sign-on platform, providing efficient access to all of a school's web software, as well the growing collection of Abre native apps.
"We spend a lot of time speaking with teachers and administrators about their challenges and how we can help them save time and expense. The three apps came directly out of those discussions," points out Chris Rose, a former math teacher and Vice President of Product for Abre. "Teachers and administrators love that these new apps communicate with our current lineup, making insights into decisions even more powerful."
From its recent inception, Abre has focused on replacing dated, bloated and expensive software with efficient, high value apps that require little professional development time for staff.
"Teachers have responded very positively to our approach to building out our platform," said Damon Ragusa, Abre's CEO. "The three new apps fit well with our mission to work with schools who share our goal of providing a single platform to manage much of the functions that make school happen -- to allow teachers to focus on teaching, and not technology."
