Analyst Update: Scheduled Earnings, Quarterly Results, Dividends, and Leadership Changes

The U.S. stocks rose for the third consecutive session on Wednesday as investors anticipated European Central Bank (ECB) would announce a massive bond-buying programme at its Thursday meeting to counter deflation and boost the Euro zone economy. ECB's executive board has reportedly proposed a bond buying plan worth €50 billion ($58 billion) per month starting in March. The S&P 500 index rose 0.47% to 2,032.12, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.22% to 17,554.28, and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.27% to 4,667.42. European stocks also continued to advance on Wednesday, with the Stoxx Europe 600 index hitting a fresh seven-year high, on hopes of ECB's QE plans. In Asia, markets mostly closed higher on Wednesday, led by Chinese stocks which rose for the second consecutive session after Monday's plunge.
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (Anadarko Petroleum) to release its Q4 2014 and full-year 2014 results on February 2, 2015 after market closes. The Company has also scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 8 a.m. CST (9 a.m. EST) to discuss its fourth-quarter and year-end 2014 financial and operating results.
Antero Resources Corporation (Antero) registered an 87% YoY increase in its average net daily gas equivalent production during Q4 2014. Average net daily liquids production also increased 172% YoY to 30,400 barrels per day (Bbl/d).
Apache Corporation's (Apache) Board of directors have declared a regular cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common shares, payable on February 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 22, 2015. Previously, the Company agreed to sell its interest in two LNG projects, Wheatstone LNG and Kitimat LNG, along with accompanying upstream oil and gas reserves, to Woodside Petroleum Limited for a purchase price of $2.75 billion.
Arc Logistic Partners LP (Arc Logistic) reported its financial and operating results for Q3 2014. Net income increased to $1.6 million from $0.7 million in Q3 2013, while revenue stood at $13.7 million, up from $12.6 million in the corresponding prior year period.
Arch Coal, Inc. (Arch) announced the retirement of its Treasurer Jim Florczak from the end of January. He will be succeeded by Matthew C. Giljum, who will assume the position of Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at that time.
