8000inc (EIGH.pk) subsidiary Skyvillas Realty property portfolio approaches the quarter billion $BDS mark
Skyvillas Realty(SVR), part of the 8000inc USD $75M investment strategy, starts the year adding another USD $10M to its property portfolio
MANASSAS, VA, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - SVR has this week closed contracts for the sale of a further USD$10M worth of property. The current value of portfolio sales for SVR is now in excess of USD$110M. For the months December 2009 to January 2010, SVR reported pending sales of USD$5.6M.
Thomas Kelly said, "this is an exceptional result and financial position for Sky to be reporting. To be generating this level of interest and revenue at such an early stage is highly commendable and encouraging. We can only imagine the results when the new Skyvillas web site goes live which I am expecting any day now. Once that becomes active, and the awareness program begins, I can see Joel accelerating our expansion plans. 8000inc, and myself personally, are extremely impressed and proud with what is happening with Skyvillas."
Joel Parris, Managing Director SVR stated, "last month we expected USD$500M of listings by the end of the year, which now looks conservative! The way in which the whole program has expanded through 8000inc is quite staggering and I am relishing the challenge of taking the unique Sky approach to other countries. I feel the team and our vision has been proven and we should all be very proud of that."
