Wienerberger Introduces Sustainable 'Smart Brick Solutions' in India

'Tongue and Groove' Porotherm Clay Bricks Along With DRYFIX System to Take the Indian Construction Industry to the Next Level

Wienerberger AG, the World's largest brick manufacturer headquartered in Vienna, Austria, launched the 'Smart Brick Solutions' here today. The 'Smart Brick Solution' includes the all-new Porotherm Vertically Perforated interlocking 'Tongue and Groove' (VP T&G) clay bricks. In combination with super glue named DRYFIX System, which ensures faster construction and optimises the use of natural resources, it is actually the strongest brick in the market.

The launch of this new product line reemphasizes Wienerberger's commitment to focus on innovative products that are relevant to the prevailing market conditions.

During the launch of the 'Smart Bricks Solution', Mr. Appaiah Monnanda, Managing Director, Wienerberger India, said, "The VP T&G bricks are not only the strongest in-fill masonry products available on the market. There was also an efficient demo carried out at the press conference where a wall of one sq meter was built using the VP T&G bricks with the DRYFIX system within just about 25 minutes reinforcing that building a wall with these bricks could save precious time of the builders.
