PUNE, India, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
EFC Land Development and Infrastructure Limited (ELDIL India) is here to create a new segment for the AAM entrepreneur. The company is ready to take the Indian start-up market to the next level by making 'expensive' locations 'affordable'. India has immense potential as this is the only nation with a youth population crossing 75% of the total population. India ranks 7th in the list of most difficult countries to start the business, because we don't see any initiative by government in line for motivating Indian entrepreneurs.

Real estate is the most important aspect of any business which consumes approximately 45% of the expenses, and hence becomes the major reason to think when it comes to start a business, expand it or may sustaining it (at times). Established real estate players have so far only focused on luxury and high end business community. "Indian government has created STPI parks which are simply unreasonable and hence only consumed by big companies. I don't see any affordable space initiative for start ups and also the current policies are too rigid to accept or support innovation. There is no point in development if that is not affordable," says Umeash Sahhaaii, founder and CEO of ELDIL India.
ELDIL India has come up with unique concept of 'Entrepreneur Park' - a place where you can nurture your dreams keeping your finance at bay. ELDIL India will be launching a chain of 'Entrepreneur Park' in the most expensive cities like Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderbad and Bangalore which is also referred as a start-up capital. These Entrepreneur Parks will be ready to use office setup especially for start-up entrepreneurs.
EFC as a brand name is expected to bring branded location within the reach of the start-up entrepreneurs. Over a period of time these start-ups are expected to upgrade themselves to the premium solutions which are also offered by ELDIL. "We run tight operations which enable us to offer affordable cost. Cost is our strength and quality is their demand and I knew that a balance would have to be struck," says Umeash.
Entrepreneurship is more than the process of starting a business. It is about identifying, valuing, and capturing opportunities. In India, most of the innovative ideas die before conceiving because of insufficient knowledge of right way and direction, internal factors (family, friends, society) and external factors (finance, space, competition). EFC will also be providing access to a range of key resources such as business advisory support and participation in community of successful entrepreneur to all the new and emerging entrepreneurs.
A year since incorporation EFC has got a good run so far and already operates two 'fully flooded' properties offering jobs to more than 500 youngsters with around 25 companies operating at these locations. "We plan to be the largest player in this segment of 'budget entrepreneur' with a capability to provide low cost infrastructure to more than 1000 entrepreneurs with its national presence and we are excited about the expansion and look forward to welcoming innovators in the near future," said Umeash.
