Volkswagen Partners With George P Johnson (GPJ) for the Volkswagen Group India Management Conference 2014

The Volkswagen Group India Management Conference 2014, an event held to celebrate Volkswagen Group India's achievements and plan future strategies, was held at J.W Marriott Hotel, Pune on April 1, 2014. GPJ Mumbai engineered the entire event, right from the conceptualization stage.
Management from all companies under the umbrella of Volkswagen Group India: Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and Lamborghini, attended the conference. The objective was to bring everyone from the top and middle management of all the brands together to celebrate their achievements and discuss future strategies for the overall growth of Volkswagen Group in India.
GPJ won the multi-agency pitch thanks to its well-thought-out theme ("L.E.A.D", - Learn, Engage, Act and Drive) for an esteemed guest list.
Adapting Volkswagen's design language, GPJ created slick, minimal and sophisticated designs using the theme L.E.A.D, for the event. An elegant two- screen stage set up was accompanied by innovative L.E.A.D branding, interlocking standees, mobile valet and drop down brand banners. iPads were used to manage the entire event, right from the registrations.
The guests got a ceremonious welcome: a walk on the red carpet, complete with impromptu interviews. These interviews were later converted into an AV and played after the speaker sessions, much to the delight of the audience. The event kick-started with an AV, and it was followed by keynote speeches by the various Volkswagen Group India company representatives. The conference also saw famous mountaineer and the guest speaker, Mr. Jamling Tenzing Norgay, deliver his motivational speech and take part in an interactive Q&A session with the guests. The conference culminated with a closing address by the CEO of Volkswagen Group India.
