The historic course #2 at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, North Carolina saw a hotly contested Golf Cup organized by iGATE - the New Jersey based technology solutions provider and Forbes, the publisher of Forbes magazine and forbes.com. CEOs from Global 2000 companies won $120,000 for their charities of choice in the second edition of the tournament held on 21st and 22nd March 2014.

Thomas McInerney, CEO of Genworth Financial, Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe and Larry Coben, CEO of Tremisis Energy were tied for the top spot with the playoff being held on 1st hole of course #4 at Pinehurst.
Thomas McInerney hit a wedge from the middle of the fairway to 35 ft and was left with an uphill birdie putt for the win. McInerney's solid birdie putt had a chance to go in and with a tap in par, he sealed his victory at the cradle of American golf.
Nine-time major golf champion and co-host Gary Player presented the winner of the iGATE CEO Cup, Genworth Financial CEO Thomas McInerney, with the glittering trophy.
