In 2013, TaxiForSure implemented Ameyo as their Customer Interaction Management platform at two prime locations seating 20 agents each to handle its inbound and outbound calling processes.
However, with increase in its customer base and owing to Ameyo's scalable and extensible infrastructure, they have increased their call center operations by adding more than 80% agent licenses within a week's time. And after the expansion in the number of seats, presently, Ameyo runs at 9 prime locations (hubs) covering over 42 cities (Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III).
Ameyo was seamlessly integrated with their in-house CRM portal that had an active directory of customers and drivers. This enables Just Dial agents to transfer customer enquiries on taxi service (leads) to TaxiForSure sans human intervention. After the transfer has been processed, Ameyo calls the customer and once the customer answers the call, Ameyo connects the best suitable agent with the customer.
