Sunstone Graduates See up to 150% Increase in Salaries After Program

Sunstone Business School saw an average 1.7x salary increase in salaries of its alumni group. These figures are based on an alumni survey it conducted 3 years after completing its first program.

Here are some of the key findings of the survey conducted in January, 2015 for alumni group from 2012:

• Average increase in salaries over a 2.8 year period was 72%. As per international consulting firm Aon Hewitt, the industry average for this period has been 10.8% per year.
• The highest salary increase in the alumni group has been 150%, almost 2.5x of the starting compensation.
• In terms of absolute numbers, the average compensation of alumni at the time of survey was Rs. 33 lakh per annum.
• Most alumni reported a change in responsibilities, either in their existing companies or through a change in organization. This is the key reason for the salary increase.
