Sparta Systems and Impact Systems Partner to Connect Quality Management and Document Control Systems
Joint integrations will enable customers to increase process efficiency by 30 to 60 Percent
HAMILTON, New Jersey, Aug. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sparta Systems today announced its partnership with Impact Systems, a leading provider of software products and services that complements enterprise content management and quality management systems. Through the partnership, Impact has developed proprietary technology that connects Sparta's TrackWise QMS software to enterprise content management systems like Documentum and others, enabling customers to easily manage the document compliance life cycle in a seamless manner (bi-directional) with quality record work flow from TrackWise.
Through the bridge integration, customers across the world are given more complementary, innovative options to integrate through Sparta's EQMS software and increase business productivity. Companies have recently reported areas of improvement in process efficiency by 30 to 60 percent as a result of this integration.
"Many of our customers have expressed strong interest in being able to integrate our TrackWise QMS software with their document control and management tools and our partnership with Impact makes that a reality," said Luke Mancini, head of global alliances at Sparta Systems. "Partnering with specialists like Impact allows us to maximize the investment our clients make in TrackWise and other critical systems. Our technology partners are a key aspect of our commitment to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and help bring safe, compliant products to the market."
With compliance being a primary focus for many of Sparta's customers, the integration enabled by this partnership with Impact allows for an optimized work process performance. Now, customers can achieve regulatory compliance in a more streamlined fashion by eliminating duplicate quality content across disparate systems.
"As compliance needs are becoming more of a focus for corporations of any size, this type of integration becomes even more attractive to customers," said Mangesh Honwad, founder and CEO of Impact Systems. "We look to partner with technology vendors whose systems are critical to businesses now, but also of growing importance for the future of global industry, and Sparta Systems certainly fits into those categories."
In addition, Impact being a professional services partner for TrackWise and Documentum, the integration support and version synchronization becomes easier on an ongoing basis - a critical element needed by all customers.
