Power Minister Shri Raj Kumar Singh, Minister of State (IC) for Power and New & Renewable Energy, will be inaugurating the conference. ISGW 2018 will bring together India's leading electricity, gas and water utilities, policy makers, regulators, investors and world's top-notch smart energy experts and researchers to discuss trends, share best practices and showcase next generation technologies and products in smart energy and smart cities domains. ISGW 2018 will include plenaries, interactive workshops, roundtables of domain experts, keynotes, and technical sessions. More than 35 international organisations and think-tanks have already confirmed their support to the event.
The event is planned to project India as a top investment destination for smart energy and smart cities and create opportunities for key decision makers in utilities. It will also provide platform to interact with policy makers and regulators and global experts who have had hands-on experience in smart energy projects. During the event more than 50 technology companies from India and overseas will be exhibiting latest products and solutions.
