Representatives of nine countries - Nigeria, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Vietnam, Nepal, Afghanistan, Ghana and India participated in an international conference on Changing Trends in Media and Skill Development, organized by the Skill Development Council of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry, in association with the Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship, Government of India, at Noida Film City.

Case study of the oldest skill development school- Asian Academy of Film and Television with its 101 international and national organizations was the topic of the discussion.
Edirin Patience from Nigeria noted down the presence of Sandeep Marwah in Nigeria and the role of Indo-Nigerian Film Association. Raju Prasad Sah from Nepal appreciated the appointment of Marwah as Chairperson of Indo-Nepal Cultural Forum by the Prime Minister of Nepal H.E. K.P. Sharma Oli. Fida Mohammad Salih from Afghanistan liked the idea of Marwah Studios of producing films in joint venture with Afghani film director under Indo-Afghanistan Cultural Forum.
Heman Bissessur from Mauritius valued the meeting of Marwah with the Prime Minister of Mauritius, H.E.Anerood Jugnauth. Sachithra Darshana Perera from Sri Lanka was informed of the visit of high-profiled delegation from Sri Lanka at Marwah Studios.
Bahrom Rahmatov, Saidkarim Rahimov, Sattor Fakerov, Sharafdzhon Razzokberdiev, Abdurakhmon Nadzhmidinov, Gulsun Muminova and Savriniso IIyosova from Tajikstan, Nguyen Thanh Hoa from Vietnam, Francis Yaw Adu Boateng and Kawsara Osman from Ghana also put forward their thoughts on the occasion.
Sandeep Marwah was later honored with the title of Global Cultural Minister for his untiring efforts in bringing the whole world close to each other through art and culture. Ashok Tyagi, Secretary General ICMEI, Dr. K.D.Gupta Senior Environmentalist, Dr. V.K.Goswami NASA Representative & former Vice Chancellor and Isaiah Anthony, Writer from Nigeria were also present during the conference.
Later Sandeep Marwah presented memento and the life membership of World Peace Development & Research Foundation to every member of the foreign delegation.
