The first part of the launch saw some of the most distinguished journalists deliberating on how today's journalists need to offer 'news plus' to the readers, where they offer much more than just breaking news. The panelists in the discussion were Vikrant Gupta,Sports Editor, Aaj Tak; Anirban Roy, Digital & Social Media Jockey, Ex-Network 18; Ruhail Amin, Editorial Lead, Business World & Exchange4Media; Sahil Mohan Gupta, Editor-in-Chief, Gizmodo, PCMag India and TechSpot India; Shubho Sengupta, Brand Consultant and Taruni Kumar, Associate Editor, The Quint. The panel deliberated on the issues concerning new age journalism, the amalgamation of social media with journalism and future of journalism in India. Curious attendees, which consisted of students and parents, also put forth their observations regarding the future of journalism in India.
The second part, which hosted bloggers for a panel discussion, deliberated on how bloggers need to create a niche in order to establish themselves better.
