Odgers Berndtson Hires a Partner to Strengthen its Senior Management Team in India

To support the continued expansion of their India business, Odgers Berndtson, one of the world's largest executive search firms, today announced the appointment of Gaurav Seth as the Partner responsible for spearheading the technology, financial services and business & professional services practices in India. Gaurav will report to Alasdair Spink, Managing Director India and Middle East.

Gaurav Seth has been involved in the search industry for over 6 years and brings invaluable business knowledge and experience also derived from over 20 years with major global multinationals including ANZ Grindlays Bank, Genpact and Standard & Poor's, in India, Australia and the UK.

Gaurav did his B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from India's leading business school, the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a passionate sportsman and has played squash at the national level. He has also been a sports commentator and program anchor on India's national television channel, Doordarshan for over 30 years.
