Rajesh K has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing, and is also an Alumnus of IIMA. He has a marketing & market research career spanning 36 years, spent in reputed organizations like L&T, Voltas & Tata Motors. He joined Tata Motors in 1986 and was responsible for setting up the Market Research Department from scratch. As part of initiative to assess product acceptance and find inputs for product development, he was responsible for conducting vehicle clinics at Johannesburg, Seoul and Brisbane, in addition to domestic markets. He was involved in designing improvements in National Readership Survey (NRS) and for many years was part of Technical Committee of NRS. As member of Economic Research Group (ERG) of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) for several years, he had the responsibility of providing inputs on directions of future growth of various segments of automobile market.
Guin has 20 years of rich experience in market research & business advisory services across industry, trade & development sectors in India for leading private enterprises, government and international funding agencies. He holds degrees in Bachelor of Science, Law and Post Graduate in Business Administration from Calcutta University. His core competency lies in Skill Development, Textile, Agriculture and allied industries, Automobiles, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Power, Chemicals and Petro Chemicals, Consumer Durables, Environmental Science, Food Processing FMCG (limited), Pharmaceuticals, Housing and Real Estate, Travel & Tourism industry etc.
Dr. Ganvir is joining us after completing his Fellowship in Strategic Management from IIM Lucknow. His experience spans both qualitative and quantitative researches in sectors such as Auto, FMCG, Insurance, Media, OTC and Pharma.
