STOCKHOLM, Oct. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The earlier announced acquisitions of Medicover Healthcare Private Limited "Medicover Fertility India" and the 22% shareholding of Sahrudaya Healthcare Private Limited "MaxCure", both located in India, are now completed. The transactions were cash settled for € 18.5 million.
From 1 October 2017, Medicover Fertility's results and financial position will be consolidated and the holding in Maxcure will be accounted for as an associated company.
