Commenting on the Kalyani Ananda Utsab 2017, Mrs. Ranjana Dasgupta, Managing Trustee, Kalyani - a Bikram Dasgupta Foundation said, "An important part of living a happy and fulfilling life includes being part of a close-knit community, where we can share, help and support people we care about. It also includes being kind to strangers, and learning to replace envy and anger with understanding and empathy. It's easy to get so wrapped up in fixing our own life that we forget to help others. It is this thought which led to the birth of Kalyani and events like the Ananda Utsab, through which we want to touch the lives of under-privileged children and mothers by igniting aspirations among them, while providing a fun-filled experience."
