Consumers across the country have once again voted RB powerbrands as the most trusted across annual surveys. Trust and good value are two key attributes that a consumer looks for in a brand. Dettol, the gold standard in germ protection and a leader in the hygiene and health care segment, has also been ranked #2 in Most Trusted Brands 2013 by Nielsen conducted by Brand Equity. Dettol has been consistently ranked amongst the top 10 most trusted brand of the country for 13 years in a row. The annual Rediffussion-Y&R BAV®2013 list also ranks Dettol as one of the most trusted brand based on its consistent performance.
The element of trust pans across another 10 brands from RB. Rediffusion-Y&R in its BAV®2013 rankings have listed Air Wick as the key brand to watch out for in 2014. Nielsen survey ranked Dettol as the #1 Most Trusted Brands in the personal care segment while Mortein, Harpic, and Lizol feature in the top 10 Most Trusted Brands in the household care category. Moov continued to retain its spot as the #1 most trusted pain relief brands in the country. It is also ranked #2 most trusted brand in the OTC (over the counter) category along with 5 other RB brands - Disprin, D'Cold, Itchguard, Dermicool, Krack Cream.
