IMT Ghaziabad, India's premier management school with a distinct focus on innovation, execution and social responsibility, announced on Friday, March 17, 2017, the much-awaited results of the IMT Admission Process 2017 towards the next intake of two-year full-time postgraduate programmes at Ghaziabad, Nagpur, Dubai and Hyderabad Campuses. The IMT Admission Process 2017 which was conducted over the course of six weeks, witnessed a 21 percent increase in the number of candidates appeared for the selection process as compared to 2016. The overall applicant pool too saw an increase of 10 percent. The process successfully culminated on March 5, 2017.

All the eligible candidates were subjected to the newly-introduced profile-based three-step selection process. Abbreviated as CT-GE-PI, the new selection process comprised a Critical Thinking Test (CT), a Group Exercise (GE), and a Personal Interview (PI). IMT had made this qualitative shift in the selection process for the 2017 intake with an objective to achieve the best fit with the core IMT values of innovation, execution and social responsibility while recruiting the students.
The change has been acknowledged with thumbs up by the aspirant fraternity. Candidates are not just pleased with the execution of the process but are abuzz with excitement post the result announcement.
