Huawei Launches Cutting-Edge Mate 8 Smartphone

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today the Huawei Consumer Business Group (BG) unveiled the Huawei Mate 8 smartphone, a flagship device that offers the performance and features needed by on-the-go consumers in 2016. Featuring unparalleled performance, elegant design and cutting-edge technology, the Huawei Mate 8 is designed to be the perfect phone for the busy, time-pressed professional of today.  

The Mate 8 has a wide range of new features that help the device stand out from the competition. A new generation of fingerprint technology allows the phone to be both smart and secure; for example, the fingerprint-recognition system will make online mobile purchases easier and faster than ever before.  

Users can also expect a revolution in mobile photography, thanks to three years of research and development. Huawei has developed the first 'proprietary image sensor processor' which will give users faster focusing, higher clarity and more accurate colours to their photography.
