An initiative in this direction is the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between UBM India and the Federation of Freight Forwarders' Associations of India (FFFAI) on September 11th, 2013 at UBM India's head office in Times Square, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai, India. This synergism envisions the overall development of the infrastructure and logistics sector in India. The MoU has been designed to strengthen the partnership between UBM India and FFFAI. It shall enable FFFAI to reach out to a wider ndustry audience through trade events like Intermodal India.

Intermodal India 2013 is a one-of-its-kind B2B platform for exhibitors and visitors across the infrastructure spectrum to connect, share best practices and develop business relations with its supporting services such as the Indian cargo, transport and the logistics industry. Intermodal India 2013 will also see participation from stakeholders in the EXIM trade, government authorities, transport service providers & users, and allied sectors such as banking, IT, consultancy, etc.
