The evening started with Ujjaval K. Buch from AIMWA (Australian Institute of Management) unveiling the key course details of the new training Soft Skills series and the benefits for the attendees. He highlighted that these courses are specifically designed and customised for the professionals of the pharmaceutical industry and each course is limited to only 20 attendees in order to ensure maximum interaction and an enhanced learning experience.
He said, "It was a privilege to interact with the heads of the pharmacuetical industry and highlight the importance of Soft Skills to them."

The Soft Skills training Series consists of 3 distinctive courses: Train the Trainer, The People Side of Process Improvement and Contract Relationship Management to be held in:
The Train the Trainer and The People Side of Process Improvement courses will be led by Dale Carnegie's Certified Trainers who are considered to be amongst the best in the world.
Niyoti Trivedi, Project Director, CPhI India Conferences said: "UBM India is proud to be part of this new training initiative which will deliver customised courses specifically to the pharmaceutical community. Our objective is to ensure that these courses aid the training needs of these companies."
