The lab will provide unique hands-on learning experience to MBA - HR students in a simulated corporate environment. The objective of the initiative is to address the need of 'work-ready' HR professionals who understand the application of various HR functions on technology platforms.

The 'HR Learning Lab' is an initiative to facilitate practical training for SOIL's students, through simulating real world challenges faced by HR professionals in diverse industries and organization structure scenarios. It will help participants to apply their knowledge of HR analytics to develop practical, hands-on approach in facing complex and rapidly evolving contexts within the purview of carefully designed and customized case studies.
