(NASDAQ: CAMT) (TASE: CAMT), today announced that it has received a new order for approximately $25 million from a tier-1 HBM manufacturer, for the inspection and metrology of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). Most of the systems are expected to be delivered in the second half of 2024.
HBM is a key component for high-performance computing (HPC) applications and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 25% in the coming years.
