BANGKOK, Aug. 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Honeywell announced today the expansion of its long-standing strategic partnership with TCC Group to implement Honeywell Forge for Buildings at One Bangkok, the largest holistically integrated district in the heart of Bangkok to deliver key outcomes such as energy-efficient buildings, improved building performance and a more sustainable District.

Jointly developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., One Bangkok is a fully integrated development comprising five premium Grade A office towers, four distinct retail precincts, five luxury and lifestyle hotels and three luxury residential towers, developed under the core values of people-centric, sustainability, and smart-city living.
