("FNCB") (Nasdaq: FNCB) today announced that at special meetings of their respective shareholders held on March 22, 2024, Peoples and FNCB shareholders approved the merger of FNCB with and into Peoples, with Peoples as the surviving corporation pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of September 27, 2023, by and between Peoples and FNCB. The closing of the proposed merger remains subject to regulatory approvals and certain other customary closing conditions.
