Once an order is placed and medications are ready for pickup from the patient's preferred pharmacy, a HIPAA-trained, drug-screened, and background-checked messenger will promptly deliver prescriptions to their location of choice. Medications typically arrive at patients' doorsteps on average of 16 minutes within Manhattan after they are ready for pick-up and Zipdrug users can track delivery progress in real-time on an interactive map.
