Guangzhou Daily to invest US$20 million in Yoyi Digital to form joint venture company

Under the agreement, Guangzhou Daily will complete a US$20 million strategic investment in Yoyi Digital which will be used to establish a joint venture company between the two parties. The partnership will also provide brands greater access to target audiences in China's thriving commercial sector and improve audience experience through targeted content.
