Yingli Green Energy Files Its Annual Report on Form 20-F

BAODING, China, June 29 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), a leading solar energy company and one of the world's largest vertically integrated photovoltaic manufacturers, which holds the brand "Yingli Solar," today announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 2010. The Company will provide a hard copy of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
