Yet Another Disastrous and Dysfunctional State of HUD: Obama's HUD Administration Remains Mum on 'Personal-Vendetta' Housing Program Corruption
WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- After spending 72 straight days in Washington, D.C. in an effort to have the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") address its disastrous and dysfunctional housing programs -- specifically the rogue, "personal-vendetta"-driven administration of the Section 8 Housing / Housing Choice Voucher program by HUD's federally paid housing officials -- Arizona businessman and entrepreneur Frank Konarski and his son, fellow businessman and entrepreneur Frank E. Konarski, were forced to file a petition for writ of mandamus in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to compel HUD to rid the corruption of its housing programs.
Mr. Konarski has mounting, concrete evidence against HUD's federally paid administrators -- from whistleblower transcripts to "personal-vendetta"- and bribery-revealing video testimonies -- that indisputably prove the manipulation of the Section 8 Housing / Housing Choice Voucher HUD housing program as the administrators' personal retaliatory vehicle, the illegal use of federal funds, and other despicable, public-trust-violating acts.
Since these egregious transgressions committed by these federally paid administrators affect all taxpayers on a national level, Mr. Konarski and his son traveled to Washington, D.C. in order to have the root of the systemic corruption resolved by the head officials of HUD. However, HUD has been uncooperative in taking appropriate steps to resolve the situation, and Mr. Konarski and his son have been forced to take legal action. Unfortunately, Mr. Konarski believes that the misguided power of certain HUD officials has influenced those on the judicial bench. According to Mr. Konarski (and others), on Oct. 15, 2010, his rights as a plaintiff were violated by U.S. District Court Judge Ricardo Urbina. Mr. Konarski will discuss these events at his press conference on Oct. 29.
Mr. Konarski and his son seek immediate media assistance to: obtain justice; ensure their safety; fulfill the interest of the public; and, with that, restore the legitimacy and proper administration of the HUD housing program so that Mr. Konarski can satisfy the increasing affordable housing needs of Section 8 tenant families. Mr. Konarski has sacrificed his entire life -- close to 40 years -- in building his business, and is unfairly undergoing extreme retaliation as he stands up against the rogue and corrupt administration of the HUD housing program by the federally paid administrators, against whom HUD officials have failed to take corrective action.
With Mr. Konarski's complaints to HUD about the highly corrupt federally paid administrators' personal-vendetta-driven rogue and corrupt policy that has taken the HUD housing program and turned it into a disastrous and dysfunctional local program in Southern Arizona that is not capable of acting in accordance with the established national policies and purposes, the select-few highly corrupt have set their eyes on causing harm to him and his business in their egregious, nefarious and aggressive bid to quickly and subtly break his legally binding Section 8 contracts, and unjustly deny him the ability to rent to prospective Section 8 tenants, despite the fact that he has successfully rented to a current Section 8 tenant, who has resided in one of his housing units for the past 15-plus years.
By courageously exposing the highly corrupt administrators, Mr. Konarski's noble community projects are also being attacked.
"My solar building prototype is already 75% complete, but was illegally stopped, as others and I strongly believe, by a select-few highly corrupt City of Tucson officials -- thieves," said Mr. Konarski.
Mr. Konarski seeks assistance in implementing the solar building prototype project, which is in the best interests of the public -- a project of which requires only a small parcel of land, and which will create thousands of jobs and improve the lives of American families.
Mr. Konarski states, "We need assistance in obtaining justice, and that my project -- which was illegally halted by rogue officials who are retaliating against me because I'm exposing them and speaking the truth -- goes through to completion because people are currently suffering from the problems of foreclosures, living from payday to payday, the emissions of global-warming pollutants, dependence on foreign oil that influence wars that cause immense human casualties, etc. Our noble, revolutionary project is the solution to these problems."
"The revolutionary, affordable, green-house, solar-energy fourplex will be a great asset to HUD, allow Section 8 tenants to stand on their own feet, and save millions and millions of dollars for the government, and, inherently, taxpayers. This will also create thousands of jobs for the average Joe, John, Mary and Suzie, and improve the lives of American families," said Mr. Konarski.
Mr. Konarski is the founder, developer and owner of FGPJ Development, and the president of Sky Limit Ventures, LLC. He is also a general contractor, with both residential and commercial licenses. Mr. Konarski has over 100 letters of recommendation from various individuals -- business leaders, charity and church leaders, to politicians, etc. -- with whom he has worked side by side. Mr. Konarski and his wife have three adult children, each of whom was the valedictorian of their respective high school class and are 4.0 university scholars, obtaining bachelor's to master's degrees with the highest honors. Mr. Konarski and his family are well-respected business leaders in their community.
