Cramer has spent the majority of her career in care management leadership on both the payer and provider sides and has a well-rounded perspective on the challenges facing the healthcare industry today. She has broad expertise in accelerating cost reduction and reducing unnecessary variation through care management and redesign, and has facilitated process improvements and clinical implementations in a range of settings. Over the course of her career, she has overseen the recruitment, training and deployment of practice-based clinical staff and technology development for new markets, and has gained considerable experience in electronic medical records/electronic health records (EMR/EHR).
