Moyers brings nearly two decades of sophisticated experience in complex tax and business planning, including estate planning, for individuals, small businesses, and families. He joins Winston from Levin Schreder & Carey Ltd., where he was a partner.

Moyers' practice is focused on counseling closely-held businesses and owners regarding succession planning and related tax and legal issues. He also advises high net worth families on a range of fiduciary matters. Beyond his law practice, Moyers has spent the past two years organizing and managing the startup of a nationally chartered trust company.

Moyers earned his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford University Law School, where he was associate editor of the Stanford Law Review and elected to Order of the Coif. He received an A.B., with distinction and departmental honors, from Stanford University.
