The Expo-Sciences International 2013 is a non-competitive event that brings together young people, educators and scientific experts from Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Africa, to exchange ideas and compare scientific projects fostering networking and international collaboration. The ESI aims to promote scientific knowledge in a multi-cultural environment through an exhibition of projects created by children and young people from all over the world.
Education is one of the surest paths to financial inclusion, which is why it is Western Union's cause of choice. Last year Western Union started the initiative, 'Education for Better', a three-year commitment to grow young minds and create opportunity for all. Continuing to support the cause, this year, Western Union will be the financial sponsor at ESI 2013. As part of its involvement, Western Union's Quick Pay will be available to participants allowing them to confirm a place at the exhibition.
Western Union's Quick Pay service is used by individuals to deposit funds with corporations. By means of Quick Pay, young aspiring scientists will be able to book a place at ESI 2013 with an easy and fast transfer of funds.
"We are pleased to be part of Expo Science International 2013 as it provides young scientists with a platform to showcase their creativity. While we continue with our 'Education for Better' initiative, this association helps us to demonstrate our commitment towards prominent education and will also motivate future scientists all over the world," said Mr. Jean Claude Farah, Western Union Senior Vice President Middle East and Africa. "We are offering our Quick Pay services to students who would like to participate. This means that they can pay their participation fees irrespective of whether or not they have an existing bank account. All they need to do is go to a local Western Union agent, fill out a form and pay for booking a spot at the exhibition."
