Western Civilization has Much to Learn from Rwanda says Former Miss France Sonia Rolland

KIGALI, Rwanda, Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Former Miss France Sonia Rolland said that Rwanda is changing, modern and uninhibited.
