West Cary Group Named Agency of Record for Federal Stimulus Project

RICHMOND, Va., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- West Cary Group, an award-winning marketing communications and advertising agency headquartered in Richmond, VA, has been tapped by CEPHAS Industries as Agency of Record for its new biomass manufacturing and recycling facility.

This $6 million project is being made possible by funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and will add 50-75 new "green" jobs for area workers.
