Wellness Provider Viverae Expands Reach with Acquisition of SimplyWell

DALLAS, Sept. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Viverae^®, a leader in workplace wellness technology, proudly announces the acquisition of health and wellness company, SimplyWell. Founded in 1998 by a group of medical professionals in Omaha, Nebraska, SimplyWell shares the same values and fundamental approach to wellness as Viverae. The acquisition will expand Viverae's reach, and the company will continue to be rooted in care and focused on addressing, improving, and controlling health factors within organizations.

Viverae values client relationships, and to ensure continuity of service, SimplyWell will maintain a presence in Omaha under the leadership of Michael Demman, SimplyWell senior vice president. SimplyWell clients will benefit from the acquisition with a deeper, richer wellness experience as they gradually transition to the Viverae Connect^™ product. Clients will receive the same core services in addition to enhanced new features, including iOS and Android mobile apps; gamified social challenges and community support; educational content; a scientifically proven behavior change tool; engaging digital communications; deeper analytics capabilities; and a self-service, on-demand data option.
