Walker expands call center, bringing up to 80 jobs to Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Indianapolis-based consulting firm Walker has announced the expansion of its research division. The call center will add up to 80 new interviewers and supervisory staff to its 6910 N. Shadeland location in Indianapolis.

Walker Research is a wholly owned subsidiary of Walker, and provides services including focus groups, concept testing, feasibility studies, mock jury trials, market positioning studies and many other areas of custom research.
The expansion is a result of Walker's Toronto call center closing, in an effort to consolidate the operations to Indianapolis. The addition of the staff will expand its current call center, and will be fully operational by October 1.
