The loan was structured with a 10-year term with 1-year interest only and a 30-year amortization.

Vaughan Place at McLean Gardens is a 389-unit class A mixed-use apartment community, comprised of high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style residential buildings and 46,357 square feet of office and retail space.
