An early season all-Spanish League showdown took place in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague on Thursday when Real Madrid welcomed Unicaja in Group B. Both teams were facing injury problems, as Madrid was without playmaker Pablo Prigioni and Unicaja without Panchi Barrera and Saul Blanco. Madrid signed Josh Fisher to a three-month deal this week to step in as backup point guard.
