Armani Jeans Milano returned home after an impressive debut to host Union Olimpija with an early season share of first place in Group D at stake. Interestingly, this was the only Turkish Airlines Euroleague Week 2 contest that featured two teams that won their opening games. Milano started the season with a 73-88 victory at CSKA Moscow. Meanwhile Olimpija needed two overtime periods before seeing off Efes Pilsen 95-90.
